We do not store your prompts or outputs.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit any content you provide.

5. AI Outputs

Outputs are generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. GeneratePrompt.Art does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or legality of outputs.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by GeneratePrompt.Art or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other brand features.

7. Advertising

The Service may display advertising, including ads served by Google AdSense. Your interaction with ads is subject to the applicable third-party terms and policies.

The Service integrates third-party services, including OpenRouter and advertising providers. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.
